Well, that week was a waste!

I ran on Monday last week - and that’s it. It was a crazy busy week and I worked for about 120 hours of it, never a good time to run. So this week I’m going at it anew and hereby swear to run every day.
The good thing about this blog is that I can pretend that a couple people read it and will hold me accountable!
- Oh, and I haven’t been eating Salmon since that first time either. So I’m eating Salmon for dinner every night this week.

No need to pretend. We’re watching…
Salmon (or any fish) should be consumed once or twice per week but that’s it due to the potential for some mercury content. The benefits of fish are outstanding and a wonderful addition to a runner’s diet.
Grilled salmon in olive oil with your favorite fish spices is a good way to eat it. I eat with rice and a dollop of mustard.
